The party consists of the delivery of a gold anchovy some personality related to the world of anchovies or who has contributed to the promotion of l'Escala Anchovy. and a popular tasting of anchovies on the beach with Havaneres.
For three years, also it takes place alongside Top Road Anchovy, where thirty tapas bars concocting with anchovies as the main ingredient involved. The Top Road begins the weekend before the Feast of Anchovy and consumers themselves are the ones who decide what the cover of the year.
